Intelligent Ultrasound is committed to providing you with outstanding service and support to ensure that you get the most out of your simulators. Our support plans will ensure that your training programs run smoothly and efficiently, allowing you to deliver the highest standards in ultrasound education.
Your simulator is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date your product was dispatched. Manufacturing defects or faults found during the initial warranty period are covered under Intelligent Ultrasound’s terms of warranty. After this period, if a fault occurs, it is likely that support or repairs will incur a cost, unless you have purchased an extended support plan for your simulator.
To protect against this, we have a range of simulator support plans, that can be purchased at any point prior to the expiry of your initial warranty.
Our Support Plans can be purchased for periods of 12 or 24 months for HeartWorks, ScanTrainer or BodyWorks simulators.
Includes telephone access to our system engineering help desk and online remote access to your simulator (internet connection required) should a simple software solution be required.
Includes Support (as outlined above) and 12 months hardware warranty. Support Plus can be purchased for a maximum of 2 years following the initial 12 month warranty period.
Support Plans exclude new HeartWorks and BodyWorks Releases, ScanTrainer Cloud and ScanTrainer Examine access.
We strongly recommend that an extended support plan should be taken at the time of your simulator purchase. However, for customers without one, we offer a 15 minute free consultation telephone call to determine the nature of the fault. Thereafter, a charge of £75 / $100 per hour will apply excluding parts.

Our Support Team may need to access your simulator computer remotely to fix a system issue and will ask you to log on to TeamViewer. Please only do so when requested to by an Intelligent Ultrasound System Engineer.
